Policies

Shipping:

• All packages are shipped in a bubble mailer and wrapped in extra bubble wrap for its protection.
• I will always ship with a tracking number.
• I can't be responsible for packages lost in shipment, but I will help you through claims for lost/damaged packages if this is the case.

Returns:

• I accept returns of completely unused items. Shipping back is at the customer's expense.
• Completely unused items should not be opened or altered.
• If there is something wrong with your order (wrong items sent or sending a defective item) I will accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

If there are defects or damages to your order, please contact me within a week of receiving your order, otherwise I may not accept any requests for returns.
